JIRA Administrators can update author and update author of the comments while merge or migrate users.
1. Select "Update Comment Visibility" from Administrator → Add-ons → Comment Toolbox Section
2. Select Update Comment Visibility to change visibility of the comments
If user selects "Include updated comments from selected User", Visibility of the comments which is updated by selected user also will be updated.
3. Confirm to update visibility of the comments
