JIRA Administrators can update author and update author of the comments while merge or migrate users.
1. Select "Update Commenter" from Administrator → Add-ons → Comment Toolbox Section
2. Select Update Commenter to change author and update author of the comments
If user selects "Include updated comments", Update Author information also will be changed.
3. Confirm to update Author of the comments
