SLA Elapsed Time Custom Field

1. Select "SLA Elapsed Field" Custom Field from Advanced Tab of the Custom Fields Dialog

SLA Field

Select SLA field to show elapsed time for this field

Time Format

Select time format to list elapsed time

  • Default View ( hh:mm:ss )

  • Friendly View ( XXh XXm XXs )

  • Millisecond View ( XXXXXX msec )

  • Advanced View ( Duration Pattern )


Not 1: Millisecond time format can be used for Excel export to calculate average elapsed time

Not 2: Duration Time pattern can be used with Advanced View Mode. Pattern details can be accessed from the link.
