4.5 Best Practices
Use Replace instead of Remove + Add. For renaming a label, Replace Bulk Labels is a single atomic step - faster and cleaner than running two separate operations.
Test on a small selection first. Run the operation on a handful of pages before applying to the whole space to confirm the result matches your expectation.
Use "Choose Content" carefully on large spaces. Selecting a top-level page with many descendants can affect hundreds of pages. Review the Review & Confirm summary before clicking Confirm.
Check the results table after every run. Skipped and Error rows expand to show which pages were affected - handle any failures manually if needed.
Document your operations. Record what was changed, by whom, and when - particularly useful for team awareness or compliance.
