2. Initial Setup - Shared Filter System

All macros include an Add Filter section on the Content & Filter tab. Filters are optional, they narrow down results beyond the macro’s main query. Click the + button inside the Add Filter to see available filters grouped by category.

Content	Title	Text	Filter results to pages whose title contains the entered text
Content	Type	Multi Select	Filter by content type: Page, Blog or both
Content	Contains Text	Text	Filter results to pages whose body content contains the entered text.
Content	Labels	Multi Select	Filter results by one or more label applied to pages.
Time	Created Date	Date Select	Filter results by when the page was created. Options: Anytime, Today, Yesterday, Past 7 days, Past 30 days, Past Year, Custom range;
Time	Last Modified	Date Select	Filter results by when the page was last updated. Same date options as Created Date.
User	Creator	User Search	Filter results to pages created by one or more specific users.
User	Contributor	User Search	Filter results to pages that have been edited or contributed to by one or more specific users.
User	Owner	User Search	Filter results to pages owned by one or more specific users.
User	Mentioned User	User Search	Filter results to pages where a specific user is @mentioned in the content.
User	Comment by User	User Search	Filter results to pages where a specific user has left a comment.
Location	Parent Item	Page Search	Restrict results to pages that are direct children of a specific parent page.
Location	Space	Space Search	Restrict results to one or more specific spaces. By default, your current space is automatically added.
Location	Include all sub pages	Toggle	When enabled, includes all descendants of the selected parent page, not just direct children.

How filters work

Filters are additive - each filter you add further narrows the results.

Multiple filters from different groups are combined with AND logic (all conditions must match).

User filters accept one or more users - adding multiple users within one filter uses OR logic (any of the selected users match).

Date options: Anytime, Today, Yesterday, Past 7 days, Past 30 days, Past Year, Custom range

To remove a selected filter such as Type or Labels, etc. click the trash bin icon on the right side of the corresponding filter row.
