The Page Label Manager is a modal dialog that lets you add, replace, and remove labels on pages and blog posts across your Confluence space. It follows a four-step wizard - Select Labels → Content Selection → Review & Confirm → Complete - and supports applying operations to entire page hierarchies in a single run.
Important: The Page Label Manager is space-scoped. All content accessible to you within the current space is available regardless of which page you used to open it.
How to Open
-
Open any page in your Confluence space.
-
Click ⋯ (More actions) in the top-right corner of the page toolbar.
-
Click Apps → Page Label Operation.
-
The Page Label Manager modal opens on the Add Bulk Labels tab.
Page Label Manager and Attachment Label Manager use the same flow and screens. There may be minor differences on the screens depending on the selected content, but the operation flows are the same.
