The Attachment Label Manager is a separate modal dialog that lets you add, replace, and remove labels on file attachments. It follows the same four-step wizard as the Page Label Manager, with one key difference: the Content Selection step shows a flat list of attachments on the current page - each with its filename and existing labels visible - instead of a page tree.
Important: The attachment is scoped to the page you opened the modal from. Navigate to the correct parent page before launching the dialog.
How to Open
-
Navigate to the page whose attachments you want to label.
-
Click ⋯ (More actions) in the top-right corner of the page toolbar.
-
Click Apps → Attachment Label Operation.
-
The Attachment Label Manager modal opens on the Add Bulk Labels tab.
Page Label Manager and Attachment Label Manager use the same flow and screens. There may be minor differences on the screens depending on the selected content, but the operation flows are the same.
